Bed was a bit to soft, I think that some rooms should have firm mattresses.

Everything about this Hotel is wonderful the Staff are so helpfull for Two people that are not from the city they gave percise directions. The hotel was quite, clean, and a wonderul stay will stay everytime we come to Silver Springs, MD

As a retired firefighter, I know that the fire escape stairs need to be air pressurized so that it can remain free from smoke in an emergency, but the pressurized breeze whistling through the door on the 7th floor was very loud, and could be heard all night.

Very pleasant and polite, greeting was above average.

We ended up here after our pipes froze. Everyone was so nice and helpful and really put our minds at ease.

Public transportation and nearby mall and restaurants.

Bathroom did not have a fan to absorb steam from shower.

Parkeren was gratis (ivm weekend). Gedurende de week moet er blijkbaar wel betaald worden. Kamers hebben goede wifi.

Ontbijt heeft een vreemd systeem. Er zijn diverse paketten.Er kan niet gekozen worden uit allerlei items (er is geen buffet). Wanneer ontbijt bij de kamerprijs is inbegrepen, krijgt men een voucher. Bijv als je scrambled eggs met toast besteld, krijg je een bord vol met (te) veel ei en meer toast dan je opkan. Zonde want zo wordt eten wegggooid. Als je het zelf kan regelen bij een buffet, neem je niet zoveel. Bij het ontbijt is maar 1 kop koffie inbegrepen.
